Traditional Danish Christmas Dinner

You will learn how to make a traditional Danish Christmas dinner from scratch with all side dishes and dessert. You will make a traditional menu of duck roast with red cabbage, apples, caramelized potatoes and sauce.

You also make the dessert we eat for Christmas – a wonderful rice-almond pudding.

Mad og Hygge provides all ingredients and tools.

The class will last about 3 hours including eating.
