Taiwanese Night Street Foods

Taiwanese Street Food Class – one time event! We will make a Taiwanese noodle dish and a savory Taiwanese cake with meat filling.

The lovely Claire Lee who published her own baking book this year will be hosting so the class is available in English, Korean, Mandarin and Danish languages!

1.夜市美味 什錦炒米粉
從小在新竹風城長大,新竹城隍廟的炒米粉是最熟悉的家鄉味。這次特別把想把這味道,帶到韓國,跟大家分享蔬菜、什錦及Q彈米粉的黃金燴炒比例,讓香噴噴炒米粉成為落地生根、家的滋味。

2.古早味蔥花肉鬆鹹蛋糕
想念臺式鹹蛋糕的日子,請一定要動手做它! Q彈中鬆軟的蛋糕體,夾著肉鬆酥口的鹹香及蔥花的甘辛,越嚼越香的懷念滋味!

Calendar Overview

Please fill out the registration form for the class you want to participate in by clicking the class description. Your spot is reserved when the fee has been paid. You may participate although you haven’t prepaid but your spot is not secured.

Cancellation Rules

If you cancel your registration up to 2 days ahead of the class, the full fee will be returned. If you cancel later than 2 days ahead of the class, the fee is not refunded. You can cancel your registration at book@madoghygge.com
